Joubel is searching for a new JavaScript/PHP developers for our Tromsø office. You’ll be making and maintaining technology for creating and sharing interactive web content. Join the founders of H5P and change the world of interactive content.
Work description
As a team, we constantly develop and execute our plan for widespread adoption of our H5P Technology. The core in both our development plan and marketing plan is to make sure that our products give a powerful impression of quality. The web developer is very central in this and will work closely with all existing employees in our agile development process.

Full time Advanced Tromsø, Norway Flexible start
As a Sales and Customer Success Specialist in Joubel you get to work with a broad variety of customers all over the world and help them succeed using Joubel’s products. You’ll also get to use and help shape state of the art tooling and processes for your work.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Make sure users who have started a free trial for products succeed and become paying customers
- Make sure paying customers succeed and purchase the best licenses for their organizations
- Follow up selected trial users regularly and advice on how to succeed with Joubel’s products
- Onboard new customers and potential customers including providing them with quotes and contract proposals
- Be available via email and phone for customers to help them with requests and advise them on best practices for them to reach their goals
- Follow up customers regularly and provide them with performance reports
- Work with the technical development team to ensure our work is guided by customer feedback

Qualifications:
- Experience and/or education related to sales, customer success and/or customer care
- Proficient with computers and standard software packages (Word and outlook)
- Service minded and the ability to handle stressful situations
- Strong customer service verbal and communication skills (in English), which includes being very capable at articulating value for customers and developing credibility for the customer.
- Must be able to learn and acquire deep IT product knowledge efficiently
- As the majority of the communication is textual you must be a fast typer
- Excellent communication skills. All internal communication is in English and 99 % of Joubel's customers speaks English. You must write and speak English fluently. (Norwegian is not a requirement)
- Able to work some hours in the evenings (answer emails and video meetings), as a majority of the customers are international.
